Money-back guarantee

• Covers first-time game, VPS, Discord bot and web hosting orders of any size.
• Valid for 3 days (72 hours) from the moment the service is deployed.
• Refunded to the original payment method, or as account credit if you prefer.
• Limited to one guarantee claim per customer.

What is not refundable

• VDS and bare-metal resources after deployment, because capacity is reserved for you.
• Domain registrations, Windows licences and third-party licence fees.
• Services terminated for violating our acceptable use policy.
• Renewal invoices — the guarantee applies to the first order only. Cancel before the renewal date instead.
• Partially used months on a plan you cancelled mid-term after the guarantee window.

How to request

Open a ticket with the service ID and the reason. Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days; your bank may take longer to show it. We will ask what went wrong — not to talk you out of it, but because it is how we fix things.

Free hosting

The invite-based free program has no billing, so there is nothing to refund. Abuse of the program voids the reward permanently.
