Work from anywhere in IST ± 3 hours. We meet on Discord, not in a conference room.
Real ownership
If you run the game nodes, you decide the game node roadmap. No 12-person approval chains.
Hardware budget
A machine and a second monitor — plus test boxes on our own fleet for experiments.
Profit share
Everyone on the team shares in annual profit once we hit the year’s target.
Learning time
Four paid hours a week for certifications, side projects or writing for our blog.
Human hours
On-call is scheduled, paid and rotated. Nobody is expected to answer at 4 AM twice a week.
