We collect the minimum information needed to run your services and keep them secure. We do not sell personal data. Ever.

What we collect
- Account data — name, email, billing address and phone number.
- Payment data — handled by Razorpay, PayPal and UPI providers. Card numbers never touch our servers; we store only a transaction reference.
- Service data — IP addresses, resource usage, console and access logs needed to operate and secure the service.
- Support data — the contents of tickets and Discord threads, so we can resolve your issue.
Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies for login sessions and a small analytics cookie to see which documentation pages are actually read. No advertising trackers, no cross-site profiling pixels.
How long we keep it
Account and invoice records are kept for 8 years as required by Indian tax law. Service logs are kept for 30 days, except abuse-related logs which may be retained longer. When you delete your account we remove personal data that is not legally required.
Who we share with
Processors only: our payment gateways, our upstream transit and DDoS mitigation provider, our email delivery service and our support platform. We disclose data to law enforcement only when legally compelled, and we log every such request.
Your rights
You can request a copy, correction or deletion of your personal data by opening a ticket on our Discord Support Desk. We respond promptly.
Security
Data in transit is encrypted with TLS 1.2+. Access to production systems requires hardware-key MFA and is logged. We run least-privilege access for staff.
